**_Digital Content Manager_** + _Location: Ciudad de México, México/Bogotá, Colombia_ + _Job type: Full time_ The Content Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing engaging customer journeys and content that drive our Growth marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will combine industry marketing knowledge with a strong desire to learn, excellent data analysis skills, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset. He/She is someone who is passionate about challenging the status quo and revolutionizing how things are done in our industry. **Key Responsibilities** + Create and design customer journey mapping / Develop editorial calendars aligned with marketing and communication objectives + Collaborate with the brand team to ensure consistent messaging and manage brand voice across all communication channels + Translate sales team insights into compelling content that addresses customer needs and pain points + Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results + Stay updated on industry trends and content best practices **About you** + **Experience** : _Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a strong track record in leading digital initiatives, managing tools and platforms, as well as overseeing projects and vendors, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or_ _Fast-Moving Consumer Goods._ + **Soft skills** : _Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously, strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales, marketing and medical teams._ + **Technical skills** : + _Deep understanding of sales processes and customer journey mapping._ + _Advanced digital literacy and awareness of Data Protection rules_ + _Knowledge of marketing strategies_ + _Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and improve process efficiency_ + **Education** : _University Graduate in marketing, communications, business_ + **Languages** : _Advanced English_ **Pursue progress, discover extraordinary** Better is out there.
