**Job Summary:**
The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. is seeking a Pediatrician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive community setting. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the Pediatrician will play a vital role in offering comprehensive, affordable, and accessible healthcare to all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay. **Qualifications:**
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- Valid New York State medical license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Current DEA registration
- Previous experience or strong interest in serving underserved populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for pediatric patients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide immunizations and screenings
- Monitor the growth and development of pediatric patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on preventive healthcare measures
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in accordance with FQHC guidelines
