Job Summary

This role will operate front-end loaders as directed while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures to produce a superior product. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the job.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate loaders to keep production line stocked with raw materials
• Adhere to safety procedures and workplace policies
• Load materials into the aggregate silo
• Perform sampling and quality control of raw materials
• Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods
• Properly label product and package product for inventory
• Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality is up to standards
• Complete daily paperwork including inspection reports for equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 3 years of prior front-end loader experience
• Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Able to work extended shifts when required
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
