Job Description
We are seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners to join a growing mobile wound care team. This full-time role involves providing specialized wound care to patients with chronic wounds, with opportunities for telehealth and home visits.
- Qualifications include a board-certified NP (FNP, ACNP), with preferred experience in primary care, urgent care, or wound care, and previous hospital critical care experience is a plus.
- Candidates should have excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, and be able to prescribe medications as needed.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams, with a compassionate bedside manner.
- This role requires travel to patient homes; a gas and cell stipend is provided.
- Option to round in SNF/Rehab settings when available.
