Job Description

The Events Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. This position requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude. You will collaborate closely with our Events Team to ensure every detail is executed smoothly, from early preparation to event completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination.

• Support the preparation of event materials, layouts, timelines, and vendor arrangements.

• Help maintain communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all details are finalized accurately.

• Participate in event setup and breakdown, ensuring the environment is organized and polished.

• Monitor event needs throughout execution and provide support to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Maintain reports, documentation, and updates related to each event.
