Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Manage daily operations for a 500+ bed student housing community
Oversee financial aspects & reporting
Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction
Lead team and enforce company procedures
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
3+ years of property management experience - student housing
Strong financial and budgeting skills
Great customer service approach
Perks and Benefits You'll Receive:
Base salary depends on overall experience - $60k - $75k
Bonus potential
