**Position:** Remote Commission-Only Appointment Setter – Commercial Cleaning
**Location:** Remote (U.S. markets)
**Compensation:** Commission-only (average $200–$600 per closed deal)

### About Us
We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company booking walkthrough appointments for facility managers, property directors, and business owners nationwide. Our team has built a proven system to generate qualified leads, manage follow-up, and close recurring cleaning contracts.
We’re now expanding our sales team and looking for hungry, self-driven appointment setters to join us on a commission-only basis.
### What You’ll Do
* Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided to you
* Follow a proven sales script and adapt your pitch based on prospect type
* Ask discovery questions to identify prospect needs and qualify interest
* Set walkthrough appointments for our operations team with decision-makers
* Update lead notes, dispositions, and statuses in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
* Follow up with no-shows and warm leads via call/text/email
