**_This position has a flexible schedule with start times ranging between 5AM and 9:30 AM in your specific time zone Monday through Friday. At times, a late day meeting may be scheduled and attendance will be required._**
**Position Summary**
The Associate Recovery Savings Specialist position is an entry level position. The ARSS handles a variety of tasks to support the Recovery and Allocation department. The work varies day to day based on the incoming volume of work.
+ Providing assistance to managers and staff with a large number of checks that need to be forwarded to another area or returned back to the sender.
+ Contacting providers viaphone calls for check information.
+ Entering and maintaining data on excel spreadsheets.
+ Preparing daily reports for management and staff.
+ Researching and responding to correspondence.
+ Researching Medicaid checks and sending them to the correct lockbox.
+ Researching unidentified checks and sending them to the correct area for handling.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Microsoft Office Suite- (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
+ Data Entry Skills
+ Communication Skills both internally and externally
+ 1+ year of customer service experience
**Education**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $34.15
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
