Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly compensation with the expected average annual earnings of $60,000/year.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics and KPIs
- Understand and apply the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion
- Attribute marketing performance to leads and sales, providing actionable insights
- Conduct data analysis to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Create and adapt visual assets using Canva when needed
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing platforms is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting
- Ability to analyze data and accurately attribute results to leads and sales
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance reports
- Experience using Canva is appreciated
- Clean driving record & valid CA drivers license
