Contractor – Hybrid Position



We are looking for a skilled Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Consultant to take ownership of full end-to-end OIA implementations, with a strong focus on designing and delivering complex custodial accounting solutions. The ideal candidate has deep, practical experience with OIA rules, rating design, and integrations with downstream Oracle subledger applications.

This is primarily a remote role, with occasional on-site collaboration at an office or client location. Candidates located in the Central Time Zone are preferred, as the client team operates out of Dallas, TX . If travel is needed, all associated costs will be covered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complete Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) implementation cycles.
• Design and configure OIA rules, rating engines, and decision models tailored to custodial accounting needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure OIA solutions align with functional requirements and connect seamlessly with downstream Oracle applications.
• Oversee integrations with Oracle subledger systems and maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle Process Automation (OPA) and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot, refine, and enhance existing OIA implementations to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA); experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end OIA implementations, ideally in finance or accounting environments.
• Strong knowledge of OIA architecture, rules modeling, and integrations with Oracle subledgers.
• Experience in custodial accounting or financial services is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
