Job Description

We're looking for an Outstanding Medical Records Director to join our team. We are a 94 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in a residential neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and Organizing Resident Charts
• Inputting of Resident Information and ICD-10 codes for Diagnosis and Conditions
• Ensuring Complete and Accurate Medical Records
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, COC Audits as needed
• Maintain QA reports and minutes
• Management of an Assistant
• Communication with the Administrator, DON and all Departments
• Other Assigned Tasks

Qualifications

• 2 years SNF experience preferred
• Team Player
• Good Communication Skills
• Must be Organized and Professional
• Excellent Written and Computer skills
• Working knowledge of PointClickCare
• Knowledge of ICD-10
