Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects up to $40 million, working closely with Senior Superintendents and Project Managers. Your primary goal will be to ensure a productive and safe job site, maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobsite administration and coordinate field operations.
• Assist in the development, monitoring, and updating of the project schedule.
• Manage the direct labor force and maintain positive labor relations on-site.
• Manage subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, and payments.
• Ensure a safe and secure jobsite environment.
• Perform quality control for the project.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including the Owner, design professionals, building officials, local businesses, and emergency services.
• Prepare and submit daily reports.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hours Training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent plan and specification reading skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen test if hired.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in Federal government construction (preferred).
• BS/BA Degree (preferred).
• LEED Training / Corps Of Engineer Training (preferred).
• Experience in Primavera Expedition and Bluebeam (preferred).
• Scheduling knowledge – Primavera P6 experience (preferred).
