What You'll Do

Be the hero clients count on:

• Call the IRS to complete investigations, order transcripts, and uncover what's really going on.

• Negotiate directly with the IRS for levy releases, payment plans, and settlements.

• Prepare, review, and file resolution programs like Offer in Compromise , CNC , Partial Pay Installment Agreements , Lien Releases/Subordinations , and Audit Reconsiderations .

• Analyze financials and recommend the best path forward for every client.

• Manage a high-volume pipeline confidently and efficiently.

What You Bring

• Active EA License with 1+ year of hands-on tax resolution experience.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge of all IRS Fresh Start Programs .

• The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

⏰ Your Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8AM–5PM (No weekends )

• 40 hours/week with flexibility when needed

• Paid holidays off to recharge
