We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our residents. No Mandating Hourly Range $18.50 - $21.50 (based on experience) All Shifts that are needed are as listed: 2nd Shift - 2p-10:30p No wage Cap! Room for advancement! Benefits for Full-time Employees:

Responsibilities of Caregiver: * Provide personal hygiene assistance for residents or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating * Help with mobility around the house or outside (Assisting with ambulating, etc.) * Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary * Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency * Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting residents with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary Qualifications of Caregiver: * Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills * Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner * Willingness to enforce health and safety standards * Supportive and compassionate * Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program (Preferred but not necessary) * Take pride in providing high quality care * Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident) Heritage Property Management is committed to excellence in all we do.
