Position Overview

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and help homeowners and businesses recover from water damage? Our mission is -- and has always been -- to get people back to working order as quickly as possible. If you want to be in the business of making bad days better, if you're someone who likes working with their hands, being on-the-go, and never having the same day twice, then we have the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for a Water Restoration Technician who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and takes pride in restoring properties to their former glory.

What You'll Do:

• Respond quickly to water damage emergencies
• Extract water, dry structures, and prevent mold growth
• Assess damage and communicate restoration plans to customers
• Use advanced equipment and techniques to restore properties
• Work closely with team members and provide top-notch customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Hardworking and dependable team player
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in varying conditions and lift heavy equipment
• Ability and willingness to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces when necessary
• Experience in water damage restoration (preferred, but not required – we train!)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be on call for emergency response

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Incumbent must be prepared to:

• Move up to 60 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant.
