Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Coach to join our team and support our employees in achieving their health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and will provide guidance and motivation to individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one wellness assessments with employees
Create personalized wellness plans based on individual goals and needs
Lead group wellness workshops and seminars
Provide ongoing support and accountability to individuals working towards wellness goals
Educate employees on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other wellness topics
Collaborate with the Wellness Program Manager to develop and implement wellness initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field
Certification as a Wellness Coach or Health Coach
Experience working in a corporate wellness setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to make positive lifestyle changes
Knowledge of current health and wellness trends
