Used Car Sales Manager
Duties:
- Manage and oversee used car inventory, including acquisition, reconditioning, and merchandising.
- Monitor and manage the reconditioning process, deciding which vehicles to keep and which to wholesale.
- Work with lenders to maximize financing opportunities for customers.
- Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Accountability and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in inventory control and management.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales tracking software (V Auto experience helpful).
- Familiarity with strategic vehicle acquisition methods.
