Job Description

Used Car Sales Manager Duties:

Manage and oversee used car inventory, including acquisition, reconditioning, and merchandising.
Monitor and manage the reconditioning process, deciding which vehicles to keep and which to wholesale.
Work with lenders to maximize financing opportunities for customers.
Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge and effective selling techniques.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Accountability and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in inventory control and management.
Knowledge of automotive industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Proficient in inventory management and sales tracking software (V Auto experience helpful).
Familiarity with strategic vehicle acquisition methods.
