Job Description
This full-time position is for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an Urgent Care setting in Idaho Falls, ID.
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with minor illnesses, acute exacerbations, and post-surgical follow-up, performing wellness and work-related physicals, and conducting minor procedures. The provider will interpret lab, radiology, EKG, and pulmonary tests, document encounters accurately, and bill appropriately.
They must respond to disaster incidents, collaborate with staff and external providers, and ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications include current licensure, certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), DEA, and at least two years of independent clinical experience. Strong communication, diagnostic, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Compensation starts at $100,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance and employee discounts. The schedule involves 12-hour day shifts Monday to Friday, requiring in-person work and relocation to Idaho Falls before starting.
