Role specifics and benefits include direct pediatric patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including admissions, rounds, and coordinated care for acutely ill children when needed. You’ll administer medications, manage IV therapies, perform wound care, optimize pain management, and work through discharge planning with families. You’ll conduct comprehensive pediatric assessments, monitor vitals, interpret labs, identify early clinical changes, and escalate promptly to the care team.
