Job Description

Commercial Title Officer

A leading national Title Agency is seeking a full-time Title Officer/Closer to join their growing team. Specializing in title searches, writing policies, managing transactions, and providing escrow and closing services, the firm manages 10,000+ transactions yearly offering comprehensive commercial and residential title services in all 50 states.

Key Responsibilities

* The Title Officer will conduct closings and handle support throughout the settlement process.
* Act as the primary point of contact for Real Estate Investors, Developers, Attorneys, and Banks.
* Review of clearance documents ensuring all requirements meet underwriter requirements.
* Prepare proformas.
* Prepare Settlement Statements.
* Maintain system to ensure milestones are met in accordance with company policy.
* Prepares completed files for disbursement.
* Address all client requests and parties associated with the transaction in a timely manner.

Desired Qualifications

* 5+ years of title/real estate paralegal experience.
* Multi-state national experience required.
* Paralegal Certification preferred.
* Real Estate License and Notary preferred.
* Strong understanding of real estate title closing procedures and legality.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
