Title Clerk * We are seeking a detail-oriented Biller/Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing retail deals for multiple locations and plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with state regulations while supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail. While we are willing to train the right individual, prior experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and performance. Candidates must be available to work 10:30 AM–7:00 PM or 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM required. This is an on-site position located in South Glens Falls, NY. What You'll Do:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation submitted by the sales department

Maintain strict compliance with dealership policies and state regulations * Submit title work retail, and lease transactions, NYS & out of states * File and maintain titles, and lien releases * Provide clerical support to accounting and sales departments when needed What We're Looking For: * Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset * Prior experience in automotive titling, DMV processing, or dealership office administration preferred * Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy * Solid computer proficiency and experience working with multiple software systems * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), such as Automate, preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent communication and customer service skills At Romeo Auto Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
