Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver with a Tanker Endorsement to join our operations team. The driver will be primarily responsible for hauling and disposing of drilling mud, slurry, and other liquid waste materials from job sites to approved facilities. This position requires safe driving, proper handling of tanker equipment, and compliance with all DOT and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate equipment to transport drilling mud, slurry, and liquid waste materials.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload mud using proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Accurately complete logs, manifests, and trip reports.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and site supervisors regarding schedules and loads.
• Monitor vehicle and tanker systems, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all company and client site safety rules and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and partners.

Qualifications
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement (N or X).
• Previous experience hauling mud, slurry, water, or other bulk liquids preferred.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug/alcohol test, and background check.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe tanker operation.
• Physical ability to climb, bend, and perform loading/unloading tasks.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
