Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our innovative design and construction team. In this role, you will lead the design and analysis of structural systemsparticularly steel and foundation components with a focus on glass greenhouse structures . You will ensure all projects meet building codes, safety standards, and client requirements , while applying modern engineering tools and manufacturing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer structural steel and foundation systems for commercial and specialty building projects.
- Develop and analyze glass greenhouse structures , ensuring compliance with local, state, and national codes .
- Perform precise structural calculations and provide technical guidance to design and construction teams.
- Prepare detailed engineering specifications and integrate modern manufacturing and construction methods .
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting quality, safety, and budget requirements .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in structural design and foundation analysis .
- Proficiency in RISA-3D, RAM, CASTA , or similar structural engineering software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills .
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities .
- Experience in greenhouse structural design preferred.
