Job Description
A private school in the Bronx needs paid interns or teachers to provide academic support for high school students. These students require a total of approximately 200 sessions per week.
Qualifications: - Candidates must hold a certificate from the Department of Education as an intern or as a teacher of students with disabilities, literacy or another relevant certificate.
- NY City's Department of Education, DOE, will clear all candidates prior to employment.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly invoices.
- Student progress reports per DOE requirements.
- Instructing students individually and in groups of up to five.
