LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing organization to hire a Solutions Analyst – Data Pipelines and Analytics

This client-facing, contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology and customer collaboration. As a Solutions Analyst – Data Pipelines and Analytics , you’ll support data ingestion and dashboard development while learning best practices from senior team members in a highly visible environment. What’s the job?

• Build and support data pipelines within a SaaS platform
• Assist with ingestion and transformation of client data files
• Support analytics dashboards and foundational reporting
• Work directly with clients to answer data questions and validate outputs
• Document pipeline logic, mappings and configurations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts and architects
• Assist with workflow configuration as bandwidth allows

What’s needed?

• 5+ years of experience in data or business analysis
• Experience working with insurance, claims or risk management data (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms
• Strong SQL skills and Excel proficiency
• Experience using BI or analytics visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with clients
• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly
