Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior RPA Developer with deep expertise in UiPath and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead automation initiatives across enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, including extensive hands-on development in UiPath, and hold an Advanced UiPath Certification. You will architect and deploy scalable automation solutions integrated with GCP services, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end RPA development lifecycle using UiPath: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Architect and implement complex automation workflows integrated with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor and guide junior RPA developers and conduct code reviews.
• Integrate UiPath with external systems via APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Document technical specifications, process maps, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in RPA development using UiPath.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of REFramework, Orchestrator, and Studio.
• Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python for scripting and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services: Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to AI/ML integrations with RPA using Vertex AI or AutoML.
• Experience with UiPath Test Suite and Document Understanding.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes on GCP).
• Familiarity with Terraform or Deployment Manager for infrastructure automation."
