Responsibilities
- Helping administrate, optimise, and secure the NetSuite and wider Oracle Finance platforms while working
- alongside cross-functional teams to implement new solutions and promote the platform´s potential
- Leading the implementation projects from the organisation´s end.
- Reviewing systems, gathering requirements, designing interfaces, and integrating separate systems.
- Providing support to Global finance system Lead support
- Provided application and business support, maintained configuration set by consultants across all markets,
- and troubleshot and resolved issues.
- Prepared reports, performed data management tasks, assisted with technical issues, and documented systems
- design and testing.
- Ascertain detailed work requirements, implement changes to crystal report layouts, and maintain a knowledge
- base.
- Prepare, arrange, and support meetings/presentations/workshops and deliver training to end-users
- worldwide.
- Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the line manager as required.
- Evaluating issues and escalating to other teams where appropriate.
- Sharing knowledge and insight in supporting the Finance Systems Team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite and/or Oracle Finance
- applications
- Experience implementing finance solutions at a large scale.
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant and/or Oracle ERP/Financials certification
- Other ERP system certifications (e.g. SAP, Workday) – considered an advantage but not essential
- University or college degree
