Position Overview:

The Senior Cloud Experience Engineer/DevOps will be a key member of the CTS Shared Services team, responsible for enabling seamless cloud adoption and integrating Generative AI capabilities. The role emphasizes infrastructure abstraction, automation, and scaffolding to deliver optimized cloud environments for developers and business teams.

• Will be looking to make cloud infra dev environments easier for other developers; infrastructure as code
  • Working with developers to understand their current cloud infra environment
  • Managing deployments of infra as code
  • Need to have excellent comm skills

Must Have:

• AWS Cloud engineering is required, some AI/ML technologies-set up and knowledge, operation and engineering scripting, Python development.

Key Objectives

• Drive value from infrastructure abstraction and simplification layers, automation, and scaffolding.

• Ensure templates, pipelines, and automation patterns are created and maintained.

• Collaborate with security, networking, platform, and vendor partners for aligned strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud solutions that simplify and automate infrastructure.

• Build and maintain templates, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) patterns.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (security, networking, platform, developers) to ensure strategy alignment.

• Monitor and optimize AWS infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.

• Integrate Generative AI/ML capabilities into cloud services and solutions.

• Stay updated on emerging cloud and AI/ML technologies to continuously refine cloud adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven AWS Cloud Engineering experience (design, build, deploy, operate).

• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Proficiency in Python scripting / development for automation.

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies (setup, operations, integration).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud security practices, cloud-native networking, and DevOps tooling.

• Prior work in financial services or enterprise environments.
