School Aide - Support Students, Make a Daily Impact (School-Based) ?? Looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? As a School Aide, you'll work directly with students who need extra support throughout their day-helping them stay on track, feel encouraged, and succeed in the classroom. You'll collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes. What You'll Be Doing: + Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom environments + Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans + Collaborating with educators and specialists to track progress and adjust strategies + Helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging space for students to thrive Minimum Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Position Details: + Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-time or Part-time | 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM + Pay: $17-$21/hour (based on experience) + Start Date: Immediate openings available This role is ideal for someone dependable, patient, and ready to be a steady presence in a student's day.
