Job Description Insight Global is looking to bring on a Safety Coordinator/Manager to the team, sitting out of Charleston, SC. The Safety professional will be responsible for running safety orientations on client sites for teams to ensure compliance and safety standards are clearly stated and adhered to. Additional responsibilities are as follows: All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement. Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections. Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Supportive documentation. Provide training and licensing for field personnel task to work with tools and equipment i.e. Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders and Stilts. Support Management team in creating New Job Start Up requirements i.e. contract safety documents, JSSP/ SSSP, OCIP -CCIP requirement etc. Ensures a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres with OSHA guidelines. Accompany and support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, support until employee is released to full duty. Ensures all documentation is completed for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage. Other duties as needed.
