Job Description

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer to design build and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual workload. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industry-leading RPA tools and understands how to translate business requirements into scalable automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities through detailed process mapping.
  • Design develop and deploy RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism .
  • Create scalable and reusable automation components following best practices and coding standards.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define process automation specifications.
  • Maintain debug and optimize existing bots to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with APIs databases and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure security compliance and governance standards are followed in all automation workflows.
  • Perform unit testing assist in UAT and support production rollouts.
  • Prepare process documentation PDDs SDDs and support documentation.
  • Monitor bot performance handle exceptions and participate in on-call support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience as an RPA Developer or Automation Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism (certification preferred).
  • Solid understanding of process automation frameworks and RPA best practices.
  • Scripting/programming experience using VB or JavaScript .
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server Oracle MySQL).
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party systems.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to break down complex workflows.
  • Strong communication documentation and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven automation tools (UiPath AI Center Document Understanding Power Automate).
  • Exposure to OCR technologies (ABBYY Tesseract UiPath OCR Engines).
  • Knowledge of cloud platformsAWS Azure or GCPfor hosting automation environments.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum methodology.
