Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Architect to lead the design development and deployment of scalable automation solutions. This role requires extensive hands-on expertise with major RPA platforms strong architectural vision and the ability to guide both technical and business teams through automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop RPA architecture and solution design for enterprise-level automation initiatives.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define functional and technical requirements.

  • Lead the development and implementation of RPA workflows including process mapping testing deployment and optimization.

  • Oversee governance best practices coding standards and reusable automation components.

  • Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems APIs databases and external applications.

  • Conduct performance evaluation and troubleshoot existing bots to improve reliability and efficiency.

  • Manage end-to-end automation lifecycle including documentation security compliance and change management.

  • Mentor and guide development teams and provide architectural direction throughout the project.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

  • Evaluate new RPA technologies tools and frameworks to improve automation capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 12 years of IT industry experience with at least 6 years focused on RPA architecture and development.

  • Strong expertise with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or similar.

  • Experience designing scalable distributed and secure automation environments.

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation process engineering system integration and orchestration tools.

  • Experience working with APIs SQL databases web services and cloud platforms.

  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Java or C#.

  • Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and project leadership skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven automation OCR and intelligent document processing.

  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.

  • RPA vendor certifications or cloud certifications.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
