What You'll Do
Build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
Partner with clients to fill key positions
Source, screen, and connect job seekers with the right opportunities
Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements
Conduct cold calls, interviews, and reference checks in your executive search
