Description A thriving plaintiffs' firm specializing in complex consumer class action and high-impact litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in California to join their growing team. This Litigation Paralegal opportunity is a remote, full-time opportunity offering stability, meaningful work, and collaboration with a talented group of attorneys. Responsibilities: + Support attorneys in federal and state complex litigation, including class action matters. + Manage discovery, including propounding/responding, document production, and organization. + Handle court filings (state and federal) and maintain accurate docketing. + Conduct cite checking, blue booking, and proofreading for filings and briefs. + Assist with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, and case management from inception through resolution. Qualifications: + 3+ years of California litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex or class action matters. + Strong command of federal and state court procedures and e-filing platforms. + Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. + Proficiency with legal software, discovery databases, and MS Office Suite. + ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.
