Job Overview:

We are seeking an RT Assistant (Entry-Level) to support our Radiographic Testing (RT) operations in both field and shop settings at our Cheswick, PA location. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for individuals interested in launching a career in non-destructive testing (NDT).

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced radiographers with setup, operation, and breakdown of RT equipment.

• Handle and transport radiographic materials safely and in compliance with safety protocols.

• Perform general labor and support duties as part of the RT inspection process.

• Follow all radiation safety and company policies.

• Keep accurate job site records and assist in preparing documentation.

Qualifications:

• No prior NDT experience required – on-the-job training provided .

• Must be able to work safely around radiation and industrial equipment.

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.

• Must be local to the Pittsburgh/Cheswick PA area – no per diem or relocation provided .

• Willingness to obtain radiation safety training and certifications.
