• Patient Volume: 18 (ICU); 10 (non-ICU)

• Admissions per Day: 3-5

• Rounding included: Yes

• Physician in Group: 3

• Support Staff: NP

• Required Procedures:

- EBUS, ION

- Vent Management

- C-line & A-line Insertion

- Paracentesis, Thoracentesis

- Chest tube insertion, Bronchoscopy & w/ BAL

- Evaluation and Mgt of Acute Volume/BP Issues

- Pulmonary Function Testing

- Treatment & Mgt of:

- Asthma, Bronchiolitis

- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary & Interstitial Lung Disease

- Pneumonia, Sarcoidosis

- Pulmonary Fibrosis, Vascular Disease & Nodules

• Total Number of Beds: 300

• Beds in the ICU: 20

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Cerner

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active IA License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• Fellowship in Pulmonary Care and Critical Care

• ACLS

• Must be available at least 1 week/month

• Clean Record
