As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our clients' pools in pristine condition. From routine cleaning to ensuring proper chemical balance, you'll be the go-to expert for all things pool-related. E xperience preferred but not required, training will be provided. If you enjoy working independently while delivering top-notch service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.
- Testing and balancing water chemistry to ensure safety and compliance.
- Inspecting pool equipment (filters, pumps, heaters, etc.) and performing basic repairs or reporting issues.
- Communicating with clients to provide updates, recommendations, and excellent customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed and chemicals used.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
- A solid understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
