Our team is seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative and fast-paced clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and recent graduates eager to build expertise under the mentorship of a seasoned physician.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a daily patient load of approximately 25–30 individuals
Conduct evaluations and provide treatment plans for a variety of chronic pain conditions
Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventional procedures
Handle medication refill requests and support continuity of care
Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinical staff

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
