Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Dallas, OR.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed to optimize outcomes.
Educate patients and families on exercises, treatment plans, and injury prevention strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and patient communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
