Job Responsibilities:
Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
Dispense medications and provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals
Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical interventions as needed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice

Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
Active pharmacist license in good standing
2+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills:

Proficiency in pharmacy software and technology
Knowledge of pharmacology and medication therapy management
Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
