Valley Fitness in Manteca, CA, is looking for a committed Personal Trainer to join our team. We are a lively fitness community that values dedication and expertise in assisting individuals in reaching their health goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will motivate and encourage clients with tailored workout plans, creating a supportive and empowering atmosphere. Our goal is to have a positive influence on people's lives. With a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $30, you will have the chance to advance professionally while making a meaningful impact on others. • Design personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels.
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions to guide clients through exercises with proper form and technique.
• Motivate and support clients to help them stay consistent and committed to their fitness journey.
• Monitor clients' progress regularly and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement their fitness goals.
• Accountability for helping clients reach their fitness goals.
• Measuring and assessing the client's progress monthly.
• Contributing to making Valley Fitness a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer.
• Strong background in exercise science and anatomy.
• Experience in creating personalized workout plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Ability to work with people at all levels.
• Knowledge of measurements and assessments.
• Being passionate about helping others live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
