We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for peritoneal dialysis to join our team as a PD Training Nurse in Alpharetta, GA . In this critical role, you'll provide personalized training and support to patients beginning their peritoneal dialysis journey—helping them take control of their care from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive education and hands-on training to patients starting peritoneal dialysis (PD)
Assess patient readiness and tailor teaching methods to individual learning needs
Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
Collaborate closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Georgia
Minimum 6 months of peritoneal dialysis (PD) experience
Prior experience in PD patient training is required
Strong communication and teaching skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to patient needs
