About Us: This position is for our Florida location - "City Coffee and Ice Cream"
Located at 13700 Perdido Key Drive, Pensacola, FL at the Villagio Town Centre
Join our team at our new coffee and ice cream shop in Perdido Key. We have been in the coffee and ice cream business for over 15 years and opened a new shop this summer. City Coffee and Ice Cream is a full service coffee, boba, and ice cream destination for locals and tourists alike. Our company prides itself in creating a welcoming and inclusive culture for our employees. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic.
Our business is subject to the seasonality of the tourist season. We will work hard to provide hours during the slower times and ask that all employees be available during the busy times. Whether part-time or full-time, all employees need to be available all days of the week and on Labor Day weekend and the first two weeks of October (fall break). If you are a student, we will work with your school schedule.
MORNING AND EVENING POSTITIONS AVAILABLE - Full time morning cashiers must be available from 6AM TO 2PM
- Part time morning cashiers must be available from 6AM TO 12noon
- Full time evening cashiers must be available from 2PM TO 10PM
- Part time evening cashiers must be available from 5PM TO 10PM
What will I be doing? Cashiers will be...
- Taking care of guests
- Providing friendly prompt service
- Creating a positive experience
- Preparing made to order coffee and espresso drinks
- Scooping ice cream and making ice cream treats
- Making boba drinks and tea
- Cleaning and stocking supplies as necessary

Do I meet the qualifications? Applicants must...
- Be minimum of 18 years of age
- 16 and 17 year old will be considered for summer employment
- Be able to move quickly on your feet
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
