Job Requirements Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Work Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent required.- Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.- Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.- Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
