Job Description

Huntington Beach Physical Therapy Specialists is looking for a motivated and personable Physician Liaison to help expand our presence in the community and strengthen referral relationships with local providers. This part-time role (12–16 hours per week) is ideal for someone with healthcare sales experience who enjoys building connections and driving results. Earn $20–$23 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity through our variable incentive plan.

What You’ll Do
In this field-based role, you’ll introduce our clinic to physicians, referral coordinators, office staff, schools, and community partners. You’ll manage a territory, identify new opportunities, and support clinic growth through direct outreach and consistent follow-up. Collaboration with clinic leadership and clinicians is key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians and healthcare offices
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits and presentations
• Track outreach activity and provider information in Salesforce
• Support local clinic events and community marketing initiatives
• Monitor referral trends and provide regular updates to leadership
• Represent the clinic with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in healthcare sales, physician liaison work, or medical marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a positive, outgoing personality
• Organized and detail-oriented with good time management
• Comfortable working independently in the field
