Overview:

The Organizational Change Manager serves as the strategic and operational lead for enterprise change initiatives, driving alignment, adoption, and sustainment across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing a scalable change management strategy that supports transformation goals, integrates with the enterprise portfolio, and empowers internal change practitioners. The Change Leader partners closely with HR, business leaders, and project teams to embed change management into the fabric of the organization and ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the overall change program and portfolio lead; coordinates closely with the Enterprise Portfolio, Strategic Initiative owners, and other key stakeholders to integrate change management activities into the overall Enterprise roadmap. Accountable for successful change outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Quickly build an understanding of the business, transformation goals, and desired outcomes.
  • Develop a scalable and sustainable change management strategy for the Enterprise, including tools, methodologies, and resources which can be leveraged by internal change practitioners.
  • Develop trusted relationships with influential individuals within the organization.
  • Coach HR and business leaders on change management best practices, lessons learned and trends
  • Assess, strategize, plan and execute the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and (ultimately) sustainment
  • Maintain an Enterprise-wide view of change management efforts and impacts, including potential areas of overlap or collision.

Our ideal candidate for this role brings:

  • Strategic Change Leadership : Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, including portfolio-level oversight and integration with transformation programs.
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) : Deep expertise in OCM methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR), with a track record of driving adoption and sustainment.
  • Business Acumen : Ability to quickly understand complex business environments, transformation goals, and desired outcomes to tailor change strategies accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and gain trust from senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Coaching & Facilitation : Experience coaching leaders and teams on change management best practices, trends, and lessons learned.
  • Communication & Presentation : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present change strategies and updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Project Integration : Demonstrated ability to collaborate with project managers and integrate change activities into broader project plans.
  • Analytical Thinking : Skilled in assessing organizational readiness, identifying change impacts, and developing actionable plans to mitigate resistance and accelerate adoption.
Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a change leadership, organizational development, or HR business partner role, with a focus on driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree or certification in change management preferred).
  • Skills (candidates must show demonstrated experience applying these skills) : Stakeholder Influence, Organizational Agility, Project Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Strong Communication Skills, Coaching and Enablement, and Collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations undergoing transformation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management tools and practices.
Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.: $100,500 - $150,675 Additional benefits:: exempt - Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
