We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in the Benefits module to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits solutions to ensure accurate enrollment, compliance, and integration with other HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
Configure Oracle HCM Benefits module, including plan types, eligibility profiles, rates, and enrollment rules.
Set up life event processing and manage benefits administration workflows.
Perform unit testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and end-to-end testing to validate configurations and ensure system accuracy before go-live
Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations related to benefits.
This role pays between $40,000-70,000 per year

Skills and Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Benefits Module
Minimum of 2 successful end to end implementations of Oracle Benefits Module
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Hands-on experience in payroll configuration, fast formulas, and compliance setup.
Hands-on experience in configuring benefits plans, eligibility rules, and life events.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Oracle HCM tools such as HDL (HCM Data Loader), BI Publisher, and OTBI.
Understanding of payroll integrations and data migration processes.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Finance, or related field.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Payroll) preferred. Experience working with companies based in the United States
