We are working with a boutique criminal defense firm located in Downtown Denver that provides dedicated, compassionate representation to clients across Colorado. This small, two-attorney firm is quickly growing and seeking an Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the practice. This person will play a key role in managing office functions, coordinating attorney calendars, and supporting client intake and discovery processes in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment.
The firm represents clients in a variety of criminal defense matters, combining strategic advocacy with personal attention to every case. Role Details:
The Office Manager will support two attorneys managing litigation matters across Colorado. The role combines administrative management, client coordination, and process oversight. It requires a proactive, highly organized individual who thrives on multitasking, maintaining structure, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, new inquiries, and incoming leads.
Vet and track leads, helping determine which potential clients align with firm services.
Manage attorney calendars across multiple Colorado jurisdictions, including scheduling hearings, client meetings, and virtual court sessions.
Oversee office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative and legal processes.
Download, organize, and manage discovery files accurately and securely.
Assist with client intake forms, payments, entries of appearance, and other foundational business tasks.
Coordinate with court clerks, opposing counsel, and clients as needed to maintain case progress.
Use CLIO or similar legal practice management software to maintain client records, track matters, and assist with billing functions.
Support the attorneys in day-to-day litigation and operational needs, anticipating requests and maintaining high attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels.
Sales, marketing, or client-intake experience is advantageous.
