1. Job Responsibilities

• 1) Responsible for the preparation of meeting documents and coordination of meetings related to the company's governance bodies, such as shareholders' meetings and board of directors' meetings.
• 2) In charge of the daily administrative management of the office, including administrative procurement, property management, expense reimbursement, etc.; and the drafting of the annual work report of the board of directors, meeting plans, and research plans.
• 3) Completion of other routine tasks assigned by the leadership.
