Shake & Fry Personnel at Nifty Fifty’s are responsible for overseeing the preparation, quality, and appearance of our shake station to provide our guests with exceptional milkshakes. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall meal experience for our guests. Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Other additional tasks management may need assistance with  

Milkshakes

• Prep work and set up milkshake station
• Maintain product presentation and quality (properly filled and clean sides)
• Follow Nifty Fifty’s milkshake recipes
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling
• Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift
• Clean and sanitize shake spinners throughout shift
• Portion ingredients for milkshakes  

Fries

• Prep, set up, and maintain the fry station
• Maintain product presentation, quality, and cook time standards
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling
• Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift
• Clean and change fryers
• Cut and prepare fries

  Peanut Allergy Warning: This position requires staff to handle peanuts and peanut based products.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to place items on high and low shelves
• Ability to stand for long periods of times
• Proficient in performing repetitive motions
• Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to wipe high and low shelves, pick up debris off the floor, sweep floor in station

• Ability to withstand cold temperatures for long periods of time.
• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment, fryers, and other preparation materials.
